1. 適用範圍

本條款適用於 TBASBTAS 後台管理系統（以下稱「本系統」）的使用。本系統由翔昇商務有限公司 & 台灣捷馳商務有限公司（以下合稱「本公司」）營運、YooLink（https://yool.ink）開發與維護，只供本公司授權的人員使用。使用本系統，或授權本系統讀取你的信箱，即表示你同意本條款。

2. 帳號與存取

• 帳號由本公司的系統管理員建立。你只能使用自己的帳號，並對帳號下的操作負責。
• 密碼不得與他人共用。發現帳號可能被他人使用時，請立即通知本公司。
• 功能權限由本公司決定，可隨時調整或停用。

3. 信箱授權

• 你授權本系統以唯讀方式讀取指定信箱的信件，用途見隱私權政策。
• 你可以隨時撤銷授權；撤銷後本系統停止讀取新信件。
• 本系統不提供回信、轉寄、刪除或歸檔等郵件操作，這些操作請回到原信箱（Outlook 或 Gmail）進行。

4. 使用規範

• 不得嘗試存取未被授權的功能或資料。
• 不得干擾本系統運作，例如大量自動請求、探測弱點。
• 不得將本系統中的資料用於本公司業務以外的目的。

5. 服務提供

• 本系統以內部工具的形式提供。本公司與 YooLink 會盡力維持正常運作，但不保證服務不中斷或完全沒有錯誤。
• 信件同步可能因來源服務（Microsoft、Google）的限制或故障而延遲。
• 本系統保存的資料是來源信箱的副本，一切以來源信箱為準。

6. 暫停與終止

本公司可以依業務需要暫停或終止任何帳號，或整個系統的使用。

7. 條款變更

本條款更新時，會修改本頁頂端的「最後更新」日期；更新後繼續使用，視為同意新條款。

8. 準據法

本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the TBASBTAS Admin System ("the System"). The System is operated by Taiwan Business Aviation Services Company & Bravo Taiwan Aviation Services Company (together, "the Company"), developed and maintained by YooLink (https://yool.ink), and is available only to personnel the Company authorizes. By using the System, or by authorizing it to read your mailbox, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

• Accounts are created by the Company's designated staff. Use only your own account; you are responsible for activity under it.
• Do not share your password. Notify the Company immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.
• Feature permissions are set by the Company and may be changed or revoked at any time.

3. Mailbox authorization

• You authorize the System to read messages in the designated mailbox on a read-only basis, for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
• You may revoke this authorization at any time; the System then stops reading new messages.
• The System does not reply to, forward, delete or archive messages. Do these in the source mailbox (Outlook or Gmail).

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access features or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with the System, for example by sending large volumes of automated requests or probing for vulnerabilities.
• Do not use data from the System for purposes outside the Company's business.

5. Service

• The System is provided as an internal tool. The Company and YooLink make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Message synchronization may be delayed by limits or outages at the source services (Microsoft, Google).
• Data in the System is a copy of the source mailboxes; the source mailboxes prevail.

6. Suspension and termination

The Company may suspend or terminate any account, or use of the System as a whole, as its business requires.

7. Changes

When these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
